Since 1958, the Institute has been publishing a journal ASIAN ECONOMIC REVIEW, which has an international academic audience, and a reputation for publication of quality research articles from Universities in India and other countries. The Journal has an Editorial Advisory Board, headed by Sri. M. Narasimham, former Governor Reserve Bank of India. It receives a grant in aid of publication from ICSSR and subscription support from several Universities and Research organisations in India and several other countries.
