The Indian economy has experienced at a rapid growth

giving a boost to the Indian economy.
There are substantial amounts of Households savings

the corporate economy through various investment
schemes. This will enable the common people to
derive higher return from their investments and link
the growth of corporate sector to the growth of
income of these households. This require an
effective out reach initiatives to the common
people, where they can be educated as well as
encouraged to take informed investment decisions in
the corporate economy in order to get higher
returns.
In addition to resource allocation, capital markets
also provide a medium of risk management by allowing
